how to recover from depressions by Islamic ways

Assalamualaikum wbt and hello readers,

how are u guys? hope u are fine. I'm fine, healthy. alhamdulillah.

HOW TO RECOVER YOURSELF @ ANYONE YOU LOVE WHO ARE CURRENTLY ON-GOING DIFFICULT TIMES FROM CONTINUING FEELING DOWN?

Symptoms:-
1. sadness
2. de-motivated
3. No joy shows on your face

Ok, here what I found through some observations, which can help:-

1. Istigfar. Ask forgiveness from Allah swt.

2. Talk to Allah swt. Build the communication between U and Allah swt.

3. Go out. Do some fitness activities such as jogging, zumba, gym,@ dancing.
It will help reduce your stress level and distract from the problems.

4. Being sad is normal. But do not let it destroy U. Get back yourself to positive or happy mood. Force yourself if you still feel sad. And never give up.
