1) take wudhu
2) perform solat n dua'
3) read Quran
4) listen to music
5) play with cat
Setiap masalah mmg akn buat kita stress. It's normal. What you can do is to refuce it...let the calm heart take over...
Whatever it is....hidup ni just for a while...syurga sedang menanti ...baik kita berebut2 utk mendapat rahmat Allah swt...
